Return of non faulty goods.
Under current UK legislation you have the right to change your mind when buying goods on-line. If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your item and would like to return your order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to refund or exchange the item for other products from our range (with the monetary difference being made either way if necessary), providing the original product is returned unused and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any costs incurred when returning items in this circumstance.
My item has a fault
If your item is faulty, please notify us as soon as you can. We will organise collection of the item (depending on value), and arrange either a replacement to be sent or a refund to be issued. All items returned to us due to being faulty will be inspected by our team to verify defects. Items returned and found not to be faulty, are not subject to refund of postage charges.
Many of our items come with specific manufacturers warranties covering defects and faults. These are individual to the product and cannot be transferred to other items received. If you have a warranty claim, please get in contact with us directly so we can assist you further.
Refunded amounts will be made to the same source of original payment (In most instances via PayPal). Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your account.
We offer three levels of shipping.
Collect from our stores. This can be done, by prior arrangement between 09:00 and 14:00 hours Monday to Thursday.
Royal mail second class. Items delivered this way can take up to 7 days to be delivered.
Delivery by courier. This is the most secure and quickest method. Delivery is made within 48 working hours. This method provides a secure tracking of the parcel in transit.
